Apologies for the
lack of television spoilers... this used to be my most active page. I
don't watch TV quite as much as I used to, the series I do watch - 24, Desperate
Housewives - well, I don't want to spoil myself on them so can't really spoil
you! However, I will do my best in the coming months to bring as many
spoilers for the series I don't mind spoiling... Joey, Nip/Tuck and of course,
anything to do with Joss Whedon!
Welcome to the Television Spoilers page. Below You will
find all the latest news for your favourite upcoming shows. If there's a
show that you're interested in and want to know what's happening just e-mail at
the address below I'll try my best to find out all the latest gossip.

General Spoilers
April 2005
Star Wars TV
Series
Rumours of a live-action Star Wars TV Series have been fuelled by Mark
Hamill recently after he said that there was an idea of a series of an older
Luke Skywalker training up a new Jedi. If this the case, expect me to
cover it in more detail. Other news suggests that the series will take
place between Episodes III & IV
ER Changes
Noah Wyle has quit his role of John Carter in the hit long running
medical series. He has signed up for just eight episodes of the next TWO
series, meaning the series is now on the look out for a new lead. Maura
Teirney and Goran Visnjic are both favourites to take over as 'the star'.
Doctor Who?
After just one episode of the new series had been broadcast it was announced
that Christopher Eccleston would not be returning for a second
series. David Tennant has been cast as the Doctor for the next
series, which will continue to feature Billie Piper.

- Enterprise
Docks For Good!!!!
The fifth Trek series ' Star Trek: Enterprise' has been axed in it's fourth
season will complete it's run on it's 98th episode in May.
All A Dream?
Rumours about the last episode have sparked fear in Trek fans as it may turn
out that Enterprise is nothing more than a Holodeck program! It has
already been reported that Jonathan Frakes and Marina Sirtis would be returning
to reprise their roles as Riker and Troi, and now that Brent Spiner will being
doing a voice-over as Data. It seems that the series will end with Riker
and Troi leaving the Holodeck... and 'Enterprise' behind.
- I presume that - had it not been the last episode - it would've just been a
'Archer & crew are making history' episode, but with it being the last
episode it'll leave the series on quite an odd note. Especially when you
add the rumour that the episode will kill off a major character!
Looking in the
Mirror again.
'In A Mirror, Darkly', sees Trek return to it's
Mirror Universe first set up in TOS episode 'Mirror, Mirror' and visited several
times during DS9. Enterprise's venture into the mirror will be a two-parter
and will be self-contained... with no reference to the main universe at
all. Even the opening credits will be new to the episodes. Not
content with a mirror universe, it looks as though there'll be time travel too,
with the Enterprise crew getting geared up in TOS-style uniforms! It looks
good!

Smallville
Spoilers
January 2005
Season Four
Cast
Tom Welling as Clark Kent
Kristen Kruek as Lana Lang
Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor
Allison Mack as Chloe Sullivan
Jensen Ackles as Jason Teague
John Glover as Lionel Luthor
with Annette O'Toole as Martha Kent
and John Schneider as Jonathan Kent
Christopher Reeve
It's sad to note, but the star of the Richard Donner Superman film (and it's
sequels) Christopher Reeve died of a heart attack at the age of 52.
New Characters
Erica Durance is starring as Lois Lane for 13 episodes of the fourth
season. She is not a regular character however despite featuring as
much as John Glover (Lionel Luthor) this season. Jensen Ackles is a regular
cast member for the entire season. While Allison Mack remains a
regular character, she's uncredited in the early episodes of the season to
maintain the idea that she died in season three. Margot
Kidder, who played Lois Lane in the films will play a scientist.

Whedonverse Spoilers
April
2005
Buffy The
Animated Series
- There are still hopes for the animated series to get underway. The
scripts are apparently 'excellent' according to Anthony Stewart Head, and
they've filmed the pilot it seems. Now it just needs a buyer.
Ripper
- Anthony Stewart Head has stated they he's still interested and while he's
talked to Whedon about doing the series he's not pushing as Joss has 'movies to
do'!
Faith
- Tru Calling has been cancelled but there still doesn't seem to be any push for
Dushku to do a Faith series. Maybe one day...
Spike
This is our best bet for a new Buffyverse show it seems. Whedon and Warner
Bros. are both interested in doing an up-to-date TV Movie on Spike. James
Marsters has always stated he'll do whatever Joss wants... so fans might be
allowed to get a little excited!
Firefly
With 'Serenity' coming to the silver screen later this
year, hopes are high that the series-turned-movie may just well return to the
small screen!
